Lower back

The word "low-flying" is used in both a positive and negative sense. Well, it's better than high-handedness, but too much is also a thing. Maybe it's better to be in moderation depending on the time and circumstances.

The word "heavy-handed" means, well, you could say it's swinging to the negative side. There are people around you who just can't seem to take the first step, right? That's the thing.

When you look at the words "your back will break apart", it sounds horrible, but it doesn't mean that your back will actually break apart. Simply put, it's when your back relaxes for some reason or another. It's also used to describe a situation where you fall behind in the middle of something you're continuing to do.

To "sit back" means to "approach things calmly. It may often be an important attitude to have as a way of approaching things.

You may be familiar with the use of "Koshi wo Fumi" as "to break the back of the conversation". It means to interrupt someone in the middle of a conversation and is basically a bad idea, but there are some people who dare to do it strategically or not.

I didn't know the term "splitting the waist" until today. I heard that it refers to the familiar sumo stance of spreading the legs apart and bending the knees with the hips low. I'm not sure if that's called "hip-cracking".

The word "koshii" means that the noodles are firm to the touch. By the way, it's important to note that "koshi" refers to "elasticity" and not "hardness".

Let's see, my back is hurting like crazy today.
