Today is the 3rd of November, which is 307th day from the beginning of the year (308th day in a leap year) and 58 days to the end of the year on the Gregorian calendar.

I thought November 3rd was just "Record Day", but it seems that they made "Record Day" a memorial day because "Records are cultural assets", and if today wasn't a "Culture Day", it wouldn't have been established.
