Left ankle
My left ankle has been hurting since this morning.
I woke up in the middle of the night. At that time, I thought, "My left ankle hurts," but I fell asleep again.
When I woke up in the morning, I found that my left ankle hurt so badly that I had trouble walking.
The ankle, or rather, the pain was pinpointed to a single spot on the front side of my ankle, and I could clearly see where it was. The type of pain was completely bruised. It's exactly the pain of a bruise, and it hurts when you press on it. But there is no internal bleeding as I can see.
I have no idea what it is. Yesterday afternoon, I carried a heavy amp head weighing about 20 kilograms and moved it around, but I didn't twist my ankle or hit it when I did that. I didn't feel anything until I went to bed.
It was really hard to walk when I first woke up, but the pain has gone down a lot and I can walk normally now. Now I can walk normally, though it hurts when I press it, and it hurts even when I stand still.
I wondered if it was possible for my ankle to suddenly start hurting, so I did some research and found out that it could be caused by gout. I had thought that gout was caused by the feet, but I heard that it can also be caused by the ankles. That's scary. The amount of alcohol I've been drinking lately is pretty small, but looking back on my life, I can think of a lot of things that could have caused this.
At any rate, I can hardly walk anymore, so I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
This kind of thing can happen, so please be careful! I don't know how to be careful at all!

"Onihei Hankacho," "Kenkaku Shobai," "Baian Fujieda," "Essay.
As I have often written, I have very little desire for things, but there are some books that I cannot throw away.
It is the works of Shotaro Ikenami. Not all of them, but all the volumes of "Onihei Hankacho", "Kenkaku Shobai", "Umeyasu Fujieda, the Work in Progress", and some essays. I have more than 50 books in total, but I just can't seem to part with them.
By the way, I don't like "Sanada Taihei-ki," another of his masterpieces. As far as his works are concerned, I think his Edo period works are suddenly more interesting than his Sengoku period works. I think he has an excellent way of depicting the entertaining aspects of food and color. The culture of the Edo period was much more prosperous than that of the Warring States period, because it was a time of peace and tranquility.
Also, his essays on food are very good. His food-related essays are really the best. By the way, please note that some of his essays are written by people who pretend to be written by Shotaro Ikenami. I've mistakenly bought a few of his essays, but to be honest, they're not very interesting. Oh, I don't have a problem throwing this one away right away.
However, I haven't read any more of "Onihei Hankacho", "Kenkaku Shobai", "Umeyasu Fujieda, the Work in Progress", or the essays, and they've been lying in storage at the Kanashibari base for several years.
Today, I pulled them out and looked at them, poked at them, stroked them, and found that they were in good shape. It's not that I don't like it, but I don't know why I keep it around just to take a glance at it once every few years. I think it's time to let it go.
I wonder if it's time to let it go.
The Kanashibari Channel has more than 20 songs, but you don't have to worry about where to put them. I recommend it because it doesn't take up much space even if you subscribe to the channel!

Blind Melon, Dokken...
I sat down when I saw the title of this article, which is written in something of a hoot.
Blind Melon release new song "Strikes Back"
Blind Melon's vocalist, Shannon, died a long time ago, didn't he? I thought they broke up, but I didn't know they were working with a new vocalist.
It occurred to me that foreign bands change their vocalists quite often, don't they? Just off the top of my head, I can think of AC/DC, Anthrax, Alice in Chains, Mötley Crüe, Black Sabbath, Van Halen, Iron Maiden, Helloween, Rainbow...the list goes on and on.(I guess that's about it.)
In Japan, on the other hand, I wonder what there is. Oh, Loudness. Then there was Akai Koen. Other than that... I can't think of any right off the top of my head, although I do listen to a lot of music from overseas. I can't think of any right away.

I thought to myself, "Didn't Dokken go by the name Dokken even though they kicked out Don Dokken, the vocalist who gave the band its name? I thought, "Didn't Dokken operate under the name Dokken even though they kicked out Don Dokken, the vocalist of the band? I gave up on reading the book because of the complexity of the situation and the long history. At any rate, I heard that among the many characters who appeared in the long history, there is a person who retired and became a monk now.
It's a bit rough to lump all the countries other than Japan together as "foreign countries", but I guess there are differences in the sense of the word. But that's not the point.
The vocalist is still alive and kicking in Kanashibari. Subscribe to the channel before the vocalist dies!

Considering the long history of this planet
I was told that the deadline for the next TV program would be around March 10th, but yesterday morning I received a call from the mastermind asking for the data. Yesterday was March 6th, but if you think about the long history of the earth, March 10th is like the same time, so to speak. I guess when you're the mastermind, the scale of what you think is huge.
Originally, I was told that there would be two songs this time. I had already decided on "Where's the Black" for one of the songs, but I hadn't decided what to do for the other.
I had a vague idea that it should be "Devil Studs" or "Five IQ", but I thought I had four days left, so I only had a vague idea.
Unexpectedly, however, I needed to decide on another song by last night, so I thought I'd ask for help from others and did a Twitter survey for the first time in a while.
Since it was midday and we only had a very short time to do this, we didn't get many answers (thank you to those who cooperated!). The result was "Five IQ" by a narrow margin.
So the next TV broadcast will feature two songs, "Where's the Black" and "Five IQ".
The Kanashibari Channel has been called "the best in the long history of the earth. Before you take the survey, subscribe to the channel!

Are you satisfied?
I walked from my house to the park, which I thought was very far away, after a long time, and it only took me about 2000 steps to get there.
I wonder if I've gotten bigger, if the park is closer, or if the earth has gotten smaller. As I sat on a park bench thinking about it, I thought that for now, fathers who hit the branches of the trees above their heads every time they kicked a soccer ball at their children should just shift their standing position a little.
So today, the music video for "Where's the Black" was released!
We used to play "Where's the Black? That's half right, but half wrong. It's very different from the one we played at the gig and the one on the EP. It's a new version. If you listen to it, you will hear the dramatic climax. It's a very dramatic climax to the song, so please give it a listen.
The Kanashibari channel has been uploading new music videos all the time. Subscribe to the channel and climax together!
