Kanashibari Radio is now available on Spotify Podcast as well!

Kanashibari Radio, which has recently been launched, is now available on Spotify Podcast, following the Apple Podcast.

Kanashibari Radio on Spotify Podcast

The show (what is it called?) I've been working on the start of the first two pages of this site, and I've been correcting the details of the "appearance" and other moronic details every day, a little at a time. I don't know what's in the most important part of this show, because the talk is in English. (Tepekeron.)

I'm sure Apple and Spotify are next, and then there's Google, which should be available on the Google Podcast as well, but it doesn't seem to be available yet, although I've registered for it.

So I've been doing some research and I heard that Google Play Music is going to end by the end of the year. And it's going to be integrated with YouTube Music. Also.
-----------------------------
If you have a podcast on Google Play Music, move to Google Podcasts, as YouTube Music does not have a podcast feature.
-----------------------------
I hear. It's like a transitional period for Google. There are 4 months left in this year, so I'll leave it as it is for now. I think it's a good procedure, so we'll be able to listen to it soon.

If you want to approach English-speaking countries with a podcast, I think Apple, Spotify and Google are the way to go. I'm sure there are many independent services out there, but it's hard to get rid of them.

Tell me about it!You guys out there who have been listening to a bunch of podcasts in English-speaking countries!

Especially with the likes

This is why I've been writing NOTE every day that comes and goes. Rainy and windy days, scorching and freezing days, days when I want a whammy pedal and days when I don't.

The article I wrote on July 28, "Automatic voice in English" has become the #Audio Distribution article that attracted a particularly squeamish crowd last week.

Oh no, I'm glad. If only I could have the title of "the article on the #AudioStream that got my attention last week", I would have nothing left to regret. I guess I'm finally graduating from #note (sniff).

Indeed, if you sort the articles tagged with "#AudioStream" by "popularity" you'll find them. It's much lower, though.

It's much lower, though.

I guess the "especially" in "Especially Suki-getting" is a peculiar thing. If it's "the most" or "the xth", it's clearly defined, but "especially" can be decided arbitrarily as much as you want (snide laugh).

I checked the "badges" section of my dashboard, thinking "I may have gotten a similar title before for some article, but I don't know", but I didn't get any badges for "particularly skewed articles in a week".

Huh?

Not one?

So what's the deal with this "I got a particularly squeaky-clean #audio delivery story last week" announcement? Do you just send out a thoughtful notice and then say, "But I don't do badges..."?

Squeak!
Kushii!
Then you can't graduate from NOTE yet!!!

Well, as usual, Note is attacking us with this kind of trick, but we won't lose!

Japanese language

The English translation of the blog and English podcast are now up and running.

So, the next step is to do an automated podcast in Japanese, right? Of course, it's possible to do this in exactly the same way as the English version, but...

I think the quality of the Japanese automatic voice is a bit low...as I thought. It's rather good that it's mechanical, but I'm a bit worried about the mispronunciations. I read "Daisakusen" as "Ohsakusen" or "Towaie" as "ha" instead of "wa".

By the way, it seems that you can read the above "To say" correctly if you type "To say", but you have to check every time to understand that kind of thing, right? And if you notice a mistake, you have to fix it, right? The text in this note is super appropriate, and I'm sure there are plenty of corrections to be made, right? So I'm not comfortable with the process of "listening back and correcting". I'm confident that I won't be able to continue it every day. By the way, I had to change "Daisakusen" to "Daisakusen" in hiragana, otherwise people wouldn't read it correctly.

In the first place, I should think about it a little more, because there are some parts of the content that are just "reading this article out loud with automatic voice", which is not very good quality.

I've noticed recently that there are a lot of people on Youtube who use automated voices. I'm sure I've been listening to that kind of thing for a while now, but I didn't realize it until I was aware of it. In the end, it doesn't matter if it's a machine or a human, as long as the content is interesting.

Instagram

As many of you know, I'm on Instagram.

https://www.instagram.com/navi_sick/

When I post an insta link to note, it looks like a garbled mess like this, but what is it? I used to see more nifty links before, but that changed after a while.

That's right, he's changed.

I used to update my Instagram page occasionally, but recently I don't update it as often as I used to.

The reason why I'm on social networking sites, not just Instagram, is to promote my band. There is no other reason for me to do it. I don't have any desire to write a diary or anything like that, and even if I did, I have no idea where the desire to share my diary with the world would come from.

I thought about how to use Instagram effectively as an advertisement for my band and still keep it going with as little effort as possible, and I thought, "Why not just take a lot of pictures at every gig and post them? If you make the right arrangements in advance, gig photos will come together on their own at every gig, so you don't have to think about it or take photos for Instagram every time, and it's a great way to showcase your band. And you can use it a lot for flyers and other things.

So I've been posting almost 100% of my gig photos, with the occasional gig video or music video. However, I'm taking a break from gigs at the moment, so I still have a stock of photos. So I still have a stock of photos, but it's naturally dwindling and won't be increasing for a while. It's like a "battle of attrition where you know you're going to lose" until you run out of stock, in short. So, "Let's keep going until we run out of stock! I can't even motivate myself to use them.

Hmmm... I wonder if there are any images that are generated almost automatically just by being alive that can be used for advertising the band.

KANASHIBARI Radio starts!

"Think only of one thing and work hard, and your wishes will come true.

It's not an exaggeration to say that I was born in this world to make such an adage known to the world.

You can spend your time raining or windy, sleeping or eating, taking a bath, brushing your teeth, chewing gum, getting a stomachache, reading a book, playing the guitar, playing the bass guitar, singing a song, drinking, eating sweets, figuring out how to put on an armband, walking, running, wobbling, crying, laughing, screaming... All the efforts I've made to keep quiet and so on have been with this in mind.

Yes, I started this project 3 or 4 days ago with the idea of podcasting Kanashibari Radio, a kind of radio program that automatically reads this blog in English and plays Kanashibari's music at the same time. Congratulations to you for starting it.

However, I'm not really sure what a podcast is, as I was too busy drinking last night to proceed with my research. (Teherontology.)

I put the podcast app on my phone, but I couldn't get any hits when I searched for "Kanashibari Radio". But I found an app called Apple Podcast, not a podcast app.

I didn't realize there are so many different types of podcasts. Do I have to sign up for every service? I mean, is a podcast a technical specification, not a service name?

The only people who search for "KANASHIBARI Radio" are me, and in order to spread the word, we have to get the word out. And since Kanashibari Radio is in English, the target audience is naturally English-speaking people. How should we approach people in that part of the world? The world's English-speaking population is about 1.5 billion people, right? Japan's population is 120 million, and it's only going to decrease from now on, and it's going downhill completely. The scale is getting bigger and more interesting all at once.

The podcast is exactly the same as the one on SoundCloud.
